Expertise de recherche

Vitaro Frank s'intéresse particulièrement aux thématiques suivantes: 

  • Relations longitudinales et concomitantes entre le profil comportemental, le statut sociométrique et la perception de soi chez les enfants du primaire.
  • Prédicteurs comportementaux et sociométriques précoces des problèmes d'adaptation à l'enfance et à l'adolescence (e.g. toxicomanie, délinquance, sentiments dépressifs, abandon scolaire, etc.)
  • Expérimentation et évaluation de stratégies d'intervention favorisant l'apparition ou la promotion d'habiletés sociales et de résolution de problèmes chez des enfants présentant des déficits ou des excès de leur répertoire comportemental et/ou rejetés des pairs.
  • Expérimentation en milieu scolaire de programmes de prévention des toxicomanies.
